​Meet Wayne: Founder & Construction Expert
My name is Wayne Davenport, and construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Germantown, Philadelphia, I spent countless hours working alongside my uncles and father, learning everything about the trades from roofing, plumbing, electrical to even foundations and finish work. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, rough and finish work wise I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build and maintain quality structures that stand the test of time. After graduating from Cherokee High School in South Jersey, I went on to earn my Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Monroe College, where I also played football. My background in both construction and business has equipped me to lead Davenport Industries with a solid foundation of technical skill, integrity, and customer-focused service.
